This is the most earth-friendly bed that we found – 100% eco-friendly. First of all, it’s made with hemp. The benefits of hemp: extremely durable, mildew resistant, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, grown without pesticides, pre-washed and pre-shrunk. Giving the cushion to your pup’s tushie is “green fibre” – recycled plastic bottles that have been quilted…very cool. We like this company as well: Harry Barker makes environmentally conscious products and gives back in a big way. They supported the first K-Task Force at Ground Zero after 9/11 and they run a summer art camp for at-risk children featuring pet therapy. They make the 5 Best list for being do-gooders that make earth-friendly beds that keep our pets super comfy. Oh yeah, just a note: please don’t attempt to smoke this bed 😉
